LOCAL NOTES:

The white flowers of the Coast Tea-tree make an attractive display in the dunes during the spring school holidays.

It occurs naturally in the dunes, but tends to take over other areas nearby that have been disturbed by fires or clearing, such as in the Coast Banksia Woodland.
