Well weeded

Big thanks to all the Sandy Point community volunteers who turned up to help weed along the back of the Foreshore reserve, opposite the general store. This is to make space for the new Information signs that are soon to be installed. Live music from duo Little Oberon kept the workers entertained, followed by a free sausage sizzle and coffee provided by the STASK Cafe coffee van.

Thanks to…
The Fish Creek Community Composter group for paying for the entertainment and food from their South Gippsland Council grant.
Marg from the Fish Creek Community Composter for bringing the bags and trailer to take the weeds to their composter when we’d finished.
all the wonderful volunteers for a job well done!
