LOCAL NOTES:

The stem and leaves of this plant feel sandpaper like to touch as they have hooked hairs on their surfaces.

This plant can be found trackside on the Horse Track as it opens out to the beach. It can also be seen at Shallow Inlet.

Its flowers are yellow in colour from September to December.

The plants are under 60 cm in height
