LOCAL NOTES:

Coastal Flax-lily can be seen along the tracks of the Coastal Reserve and along the roadsides of Sandy Point, sometimes forming dense patches.

It has bluish flowers, with distinct yellow and black features, from October to January.

After flowering, purple berries are formed and these are a source of food for birds.
