LOCAL NOTES:

Patches of Kangaroo Grass occur on the edges of the Roy Henderson Trial near the Manuka Street end.

These sites are gradually being diminished by the invasion of Coast Teatree.

Kangaroo Grass has been used in landscaping projects in private gardens and public places around Sandy Point.
