Found in shady sections of Manuka South Tracks and the Horse Track, Coast Banksia Woodland and Roy Henderson Trail.

Spreading herb with quadrangular, tangled hairy stems 20-60 cm long.

Has tiny white, pink tipped flowers September to February.
